C L Associates has been conducting business in the investigative industry since 1999.  The company was founded by Jack Luty, a retired Detective from the Connecticut State Police Department, from which Mr. Luty retired after 22 years of dedicated service.  During this time, he acquired a wide range of investigative experience and developed a nationwide network of valuable sources in law enforcement at the federal, state, and municipal levels.  He also was the case officer on major investigations, including homicides, government and police corruption, and organized crime racketeering cases, all requiring the proper handling and protection of sensitive information.
