About Jack Luty, Private Investigator

Jack Luty is the sole proprietor of an investigative company doing business as C L Associates, LLC.  He has been licensed by the State of Connecticut, bonded and fully insured in conducting his investigative business since 1999.  Mr. Luty offers a full range of investigative services.

Mr. Luty retired from the Connecticut State Police as a Detective after 22 years of service while working in the department's major crime squad. He also served as the intelligence officer for the statewide organized crime task force, which required the proper handling and protection of very sensitive information.  He has been the case officer in significant investigations such as homicides, government corruption, police corruption, and racketeering. 

After retiring from the State Police, Mr. Luty spent six years as an investigations manager in the casino industry conducting investigations into the internal fraud, pre-employment background investigations, and answering directly to the CEO and Chief Counsel on matters of interest to upper management.

Mr. Luty has developed an extensive network of associates in law enforcement at all levels of government in Connecticut and throughout the country, as well as in the private sector.  He has a wide knowledge of resources, all of which enable him to provide valuable and professional investigative services.
